Struck by lightning at three years old and bearing witness to the death of his father during the same incident, Hunter Benson emerged from personal darkness and despair to find light and solace in the depths of his own lyrics and sounds. Music became his saving grace.

Early influences from the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Alice In Chains and Mark Lanegan helped create the foundation that would shape Hunter's unique sound into a brooding mixture of Country, Southern and Grunge Rock.

Championing his own life experiences, Hunter brings to light his debut EP "Seeking" — reliving and sharing his remarkable personal journey. His single "Come and Gone" melds hard rock with soulful slide guitar and Hammond B3 under lyrics steeped in life lessons.

"Come and Gone" will be featured in the upcoming motion picture PELLETT, due in 2025.
